These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Increase Fit mobile application (“Increase Fit,” “we,” “our,” or “the app”), developed and operated by Upplaze. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Increase Fit. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Purpose of the App
Increase Fit is a fitness application that generates personalized workout programs based on your individual characteristics and fitness goals.
The app provides real-time guidance throughout your workouts, including instructions on exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest periods, all assisted by artificial intelligence.
In addition to training programs, Increase Fit offers general advice on nutrition, supplementation, recovery protocols, and health optimization.
All information provided through the app is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not tailor content for users with medical conditions, injuries, specific nutritional needs, or other personal limitations.
Use of the app is at your own risk, and you are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or wellness program.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Increase Fit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
- Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Refrain from misusing the app (e.g., attempting to reverse-engineer, distribute harmful content, or gain unauthorized access).
- Accept full responsibility for how you use the app’s content and features.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Increase Fit offers paid subscription options with recurring billing managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the app—including but not limited to workout programs, graphics, text, branding, and user interface elements—is the exclusive property of Upplaze or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any part of the app’s content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Increase Fit and Upplaze shall not be liable for any injuries, health conditions, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the app.
All advice and content are provided “as is,” without warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or results.
Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect upon posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website.
Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
