Purpose of the App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Increase Fit is a fitness application that generates personalized workout programs based on your individual characteristics and fitness goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The app provides real-time guidance throughout your workouts, including instructions on exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest periods, all assisted by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to training programs, Increase Fit offers general advice on nutrition, supplementation, recovery protocols, and health optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All information provided through the app is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not tailor content for users with medical conditions, injuries, specific nutritional needs, or other personal limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the app is at your own risk, and you are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or wellness program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
